Elf Name Generator – So You Can Find Your Elf Name
Tis the season for Santa, holiday movies and coming up with Elf names! Ernie the Elf was working building toys and thought that everyone should have an Elf Name for the holidays. So he took the names of his friends at the North Pole, created a list and is sharing it with you so you can have an Elf Name too.
Creating your personal Elf Name is simple just use the first letter of your first and last names and then find the letter and then put your elf name together. It’s Easy & Fun to get an Elf Name, if large families have the same initials, then have them choose a number between 1 and 26 and use that to find their Elf Names.

Holiday Party Elf Name Party Game
Two Versions Adult and All Ages.
1. Simple Adult Christmas Party Elf Name Game
When each person arrives, you create a Elf Name name tag.
Once everyone arrives, announce that everyone must use the each person’s Elf Name instead of their Real Name or nicknames. So if their Elf name is “Cookie Figgybum” the must say Cookie, Cookie Figgybum or Figgybum to get their attention, if they don’t and get caught they must take a sip of their drink.
2. All Ages Elf Name Game
Each person is given an Elf Name on a name tag and a Holiday sticker to wear. It is best to do the Elf Naming when guests arrive. TIP: If a family has all the same initials (it happens), then ask each person to select a number from 1-26 to determine a unique last name.
Once everyone arrives, announce that everyone must use the each person’s Elf Name instead of their Real Name or nicknames. So if their Elf name is “Cookie Figgybum” the must say Cookie, Cookie Figgybum or Figgybum to get their attention.
If someone slips and uses a person’s real name or nickname, the first person to call them on it can steal their sticker. FYI – Only One sticker can be stolen per “Naming Mistake.”
This encourages everyone to have fun learning and using the Elf Names and then at the end of the night the person with the most holiday stickers wins!
