In 2017, Party Game Ideas released the Left – Right game, Ernie the Elf and the Special Gift. The response to this Christmas game took us by surprise and the feedback we received from mom’s, teachers and hospital employees was heartwarming and encouraging. Several emails specifically asked if we had or could make a book out of the Ernie the Elf story.

Well after many discussions and finding an amazing Illustrator, we started creating the Ernie the Elf characters – first Ernie, then Ralph, the Gift and soon Ernie’s world started to take shape. We even revised the story a little, it has some lefts and rights but it is not set up as a left right passing game but basically the same charming Christmas story about a determined little Elf named Ernie.
