What Time is It Mister Wolf? - Outdoor Party Game
Classic Tag Game with a Twist
From a group of children select on child to be Mr. Wolf.
Now have Mr. Wolf stand at the far end of the room or yard at the end line and have the other players line up behind the start line. (15 feet or more to start)
The kids behind Mr. yell “What time is it Mr. Wolf?” and when answers “It’s 3 O’clock” (Can be anytime) The children must take 3 steps towards Mr. Wolf.
The children continue to ask “What time is it Mr. Wolf? And the Wolf will continue to answer.
When he answers with a number then the children must step ahead that number of steps.
However, when he answers with “It’s Lunch Time!” Mr. Wolf can then turn around and then tries to tag one of the other children.
If he succeeds in tagging one of the other children then they are the next Mr. Wolf.
If however he fails to tag someone then he is Mr. Wolf again
Also if any of the children cross the end line before Mr. Wolf calls Lunch Time – then those children are safe and cannot be tagged to be the next Mr. Wolf.
