Change the Diaper

You’ll need a baby doll and diapers and teams of two.

Set up a baby changing area on a table: baby, baby wipes and diapers. Group members into teams of two and have the stand side by side in front of the table. The inside hands are placed behind their back and the outside hands are used to change the baby.

Note: The baby should start with a diaper on. So the team needs to removes the old diaper, uses a baby wipe to clean the baby, (you could add another step – add baby powder) and then places the new diaper on and announce that they are done.

At this point stop the timer and record the time and do a QC check on the baby. Lift up the baby and if the diaper holds the time counts and if the diaper falls off then they are out of the game.
Fastest time wins.
